fuuhh~ rs fresh giler,,ms stop 2, rs cm ringan je kaki. cm kt awn-awanan.eceewah. best gak jogging neh,, so,,saya sarankan kpd awk2 yg sy sayg ni,, bersenam laa,,baik utk kesihatan,, peluh keluar,,toksik2 2 sume,, badan sihat otak cerdas +cergas!~

xdpt beat adik,,7km 2 da kire letih sesgt. no wonder laa die laki2. i prempuan,,hihi,, tp hepi,, suke~~ jom esk jog lagi,,

lame da x jog jaoh. dlu masa kt skolah msuk kadet polis n hoki,, slalu laa gk round2 padang 2,,
kadet plak ad larian lasak tiap2 perkhemahan,,sejak kluar skolah n brenti hoki ni,, jarang plak jogim!~ ngeee

kalo korg nk tau saye penah masuk larian
